Meet Kimberlee

Kimberlee has spent 14 years in the beauty industry, building her career around creativity, connection, and work that feels personal rather than rushed. She has always enjoyed being on her feet and working in a less traditional environment, and hair gave her the opportunity to combine that with helping people feel good about themselves.

Her work centers around natural, lived-in color, blonding, dimensional color, and keratin treatments. She especially enjoys working with women who want to enhance their natural color, whether that means soft brightness around the face, blended highlights throughout the hair, or making a bigger change and going darker.

Kimberlee also offers hair extensions, including wefts and K-tips. She is Hotheads extension certified and has completed in-person training in keratin treatments, bridal styling, and special occasion hair.

Her approach behind the chair is relaxed and straightforward. Kimberlee describes herself as easy to talk to, down to earth, and particular about the details. She does not want clients to feel pressured into additional services, treatments, or products, and prefers honest conversations about what they want, what their hair has been through, and what will work best moving forward.

She has spent much of her career working in smaller independent salons, which has allowed her to prioritize quality over volume. Kimberlee rarely double-books because she wants clients to have her full attention and enough time to feel heard rather than rushed through an appointment.

Outside of work, Kimberlee is a mom of two boys and two dogs. She and her husband love spending time outdoors, gardening, and taking their camper out for long weekends with their family.
