Meet Lauren Braddy

Lauren has spent 21 years in the beauty industry, following an interest that started long before cosmetology school. She was always the person her friends came to for their beauty needs, and eventually decided to turn something she naturally loved doing into a career.

Her work behind the chair covers both cutting and color, with a particular strength in creating something specific to the person sitting in front of her. Lauren works with everything from precision cuts to softer, shaggy layers, along with balayage, lived-in color, gray coverage, gray blending, highlights, dimensional color, and more involved color changes.

She especially enjoys figuring out how different techniques can work together to get the most from a client’s hair. That might mean blending gray, making a dramatic color change, adding new bangs, or strategically cutting finer hair to create the appearance of more fullness. Rather than approaching every appointment the same way, Lauren builds the plan around the client’s hair, goals, and everyday needs.

Throughout her career, she has continued her education through multiple cutting classes and certifications along with advanced color education. That technical background gives her the flexibility to work across a broad range of cuts and color services while adjusting her approach when the situation calls for it.

Lauren describes herself as laid back, compassionate, and fun. She tends to match the energy of the person in her chair and enjoys building relationships with her clients over time. She wants every client to feel comfortable, heard, and important, with enough time spent during the consultation to make sure they are both working toward the same result.

Outside of work, Lauren is happily married and has three daughters along with the family dog, Walter. Much of her time away from the salon is spent keeping up with sports, activities, family adventures, and whatever keeps everyone moving.
