Meet Noel Hilger

Noel has spent 13 years in the beauty industry, but salon life has been familiar to her much longer. Her mom was a hairstylist, so Noel grew up around the industry and developed an early appreciation for the work and the relationships that come with it.

Color is where much of her work is focused today. Noel especially enjoys blonding, highlights, gray coverage, gray blending, and dimensional color, along with a broad range of other color services. She also provides haircuts, bridal and formal styling, and Brazilian Blowout treatments.

Her education includes a cosmetology license, ongoing continuing education, bridal specialization, and certification in Brazilian Blowout services.

Behind the chair, Noel is attentive and relationship-focused. She listens carefully to what clients are asking for and believes trust starts with making sure someone feels comfortable enough to speak openly about their hair, their expectations, and anything they may want to change. She doesn’t want to make decisions for clients or push them toward something they didn’t ask for.

Some of Noel’s favorite appointments are with the clients she sees every four to six weeks. Those long-standing relationships are a major part of what she loves about the industry. Over time, the appointment becomes more than maintaining a haircut or color. It becomes a familiar space where clients can relax, talk, ask questions, and know they’re being heard.

Outside of the salon, Noel is married and a mom of three, with two daughters and a son. Her oldest recently started college, another is a competitive dancer, and her youngest has Down syndrome. Family is a major part of her life and gives her plenty to keep up with outside of work.
